Deterministic AI Researcher.

About

I'm a deterministic AI researcher. I build AI that makes decisions, not guesses.
Cameron Batt started City of Hype at 13, building it from his bedroom into one of the top 100 most-visited finance publications globally. After exiting the publication, he studied Mathematics and Finance at the University of Westminster before moving into machine learning — publishing research in JAIGS on multi-armed bandit algorithms and neural networks for micro-targeted ad delivery. He's now the founder of Skubl, a predictive intelligence platform that applies deterministic, mathematically-grounded machine learning — rather than the probabilistic guesswork of generative AI — to forecast operational outcomes and act on them automatically, for teams across eCommerce, financial services, and beyond.

Research

My research sits at the intersection of algorithmic decision systems and deterministic AI: models whose outputs are explainable and reproducible rather than probabilistic.
