Cartnio: giving online shops more reasons to grow.
I started Cartnio to make two important pieces of e-commerce easier to manage: the trust shoppers need before buying, and the reasons they have to come back.

Before they buy
Cartnio Reviews
Collect and display genuine customer feedback, so the next shopper has something real to go on. Reviews builds trust before someone commits to buying.
After they buy
Cartnio Loyalty
Points, rewards and referrals that give customers a reason to come back — because the second order says more about a store than the first.
Why I'm building it
Trust and loyalty are usually treated as two separate problems. They aren't.
After years in performance marketing, I kept seeing the same pattern. Brands would spend heavily to get someone to a product page, and then lose them because there was nothing convincing there — no reviews, or reviews nobody quite believed. And when someone did buy, there was rarely a good reason for them to come back.
Reviews are often the first real evidence a shopper sees that other people bought the thing and were happy with it. That only works if the reviews are genuine and clearly presented. Loyalty is the other half: points and rewards that feel worth having, so a first order becomes a habit.
Cartnio brings both together for independent online stores, with a focus on WooCommerce and Shopify merchants. It's in early access right now, so the best place for the latest on what's available is cartnio.com.
What I've learned so far
- Shoppers can tell when reviews feel curated. Honesty about where a review came from matters.
- Loyalty programmes work best when the reward is easy to understand at a glance.
- Small stores need tools that work out of the box, not another dashboard to manage.
